Methods of Payment
Online payments can be made to us via PayPal which has a secure server for accepting transactions via the Internet.
If you do not wish to pay online, you can post a UK cheque to us at our address as given above.
Please include the full details of your order including a delivery address.
Delivery
All orders received will be acknowledged and confirmed by e-mail.
Orders will be posted via Royal Mail within 48 hours of cheque clearance if paying by cheque, or within 48 hours of confirmation by PayPal of payment being received online.
Responsibility for Local Taxes and Duties
You are responsible for payment of any Local Taxes and Import Duties levied in the country of the delivery address.
Returns and Refunds
All items for sale on this site are of the best quality available. If for any reason you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, then if you notify us of that fact within 7 days of receiving the items, you will receive a full refund upon receipt by us of the items being returned in good condition. However, you must return the goods to us at your own expense and take care of the goods before returning them. This is in accordance with the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
If payment was made to us via PayPal, we will refund you via PayPal. If payment was made to us by UK cheque, we will refund you by cheque.

You will not be sent any unsolicited mail or email by giving us your contact details.
